What should I do if my child is a little constipated?

(4) Honey and sugarcane juice: Mix half a cup of honey and half a cup of sugarcane juice, and drink it on an empty stomach every morning and evening.

(5) Jew’s lettuce juice: Peel the jew’s lettuce, mash it and squeeze out the juice, add appropriate amount of honey. Take with cool boiled water.

(6) Rhubarb soaked in water: Put 3-5 grams of rhubarb into a cup, soak it in boiling water (about half a cup) for 15 minutes, add a little honey and drink.

(7) Milk and glutinous rice porridge: 150 grams of milk, 50 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Cook the rice into porridge, add milk and sugar, cook for a while, and eat on an empty stomach.

(8) Almond sesame porridge: 10 grams of almonds, 20 grams of black sesame seeds, 50 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Add water to the first three ingredients and cook into porridge, then add rock sugar and drink after it is dissolved.

(9) Lotus root and rice porridge: 250 grams of lotus root and 30 grams of rice. Wash and chop the lotus root, cook it in boiling rice porridge, add oil and salt, and eat it on an empty stomach in the morning.
