Symptoms of heavy dampness in children

Symptoms of heavy dampness in children

We often say that a person has a lot of dampness in his body. In fact, we can directly observe whether a person has a lot of dampness in his body from his appearance. For children, when there is too much moisture in the body, it is easy to give people a feeling of drowsiness, a bit similar to the feeling of heavy head and light feet during a cold. At the same time, the tongue coating will turn blue and thick, and the limbs will also form a certain amount of swelling. The symptoms of excessive dampness in children will be very obvious, so it is important to remove the dampness in a timely manner.

1. Top-heavy

When moisture invades the human body, people tend to feel heavy-headed and light-footed. If you often feel dizzy, your face is dull, and you always lack energy, it may be that there is too much moisture in your body.

2. Joint stiffness

When dampness enters the joints of the human body and meets the cold air, it will form cold and dampness. At this time, the person's limbs will often feel stiff, just like a machine lacking lubricating oil, and it will not be very convenient to move.

3. Skin is prone to itching

Winter is here, and many people are prone to itchy skin. They often think that it is caused by dry skin, but in fact it may be the invasion of dampness and cold in the body, which causes the skin to be itchy. Generally, after scratching, many raised red spots will appear on the skin, but they will disappear by themselves after a while. In addition, people's faces are prone to oily skin and acne, which are all manifestations of heavy moisture in the body.

4. Sticky stool

If you find that your stool is often unformed, easily sticks to the toilet, and is difficult to flush away, it may be that there is dampness in your body. Usually this situation has a lot to do with people's diet. When eating greasy or spicy food, it is easy for dampness and cold to invade the body, leading to this situation.

5. Lower limb edema

When there is a lot of moisture in the human body, excess water and waste accumulate in the body. Much of the water cannot be converted into body fluids, and skin edema will occur, usually in the lower limbs. When you pinch your lower limbs with your hands, they will sink, which means edema has occurred.

6. Thick tongue coating and bad breath

If you find that your tongue is often thick when you brush your teeth in the morning, and you still have bad breath even though you have brushed your teeth, this situation is most likely caused by excessive moisture in the body. In addition, when dampness and cold invade the body, the tongue color will become lighter, and when dampness and heat invade, the tongue color will become darker.
