3. 100g brown glutinous rice, 50g coix seeds, and 15 red dates. Cook together into porridge. Add appropriate amount of white sugar when eating. It has the effect of nourishing yin and blood.

4. 60g processed Polygonum multiflorum, 3-5 red dates, and 100g polished rice. First, boil the processed Polygonum multiflorum to obtain the thick juice and remove the residue. Add red dates and glutinous rice to cook porridge. When it is almost cooked, add appropriate amount of brown sugar and boil it for one or two more times. Take while hot. Polygonum multiflorum should not be used with iron utensils. When decocting soup or cooking porridge, a small pot or enamel pot should be used. It has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidneys, nourishing blood and regulating deficiency.

5. Beat the egg yolks of 2 eggs, bring to a boil, add a little salt, then add the egg yolks and cook until done. Drink the drink twice a day. It has the effect of replenishing iron and is suitable for iron deficiency anemia.

6. 150g pork liver and appropriate amount of spinach. Wash and slice the pork liver, mix it with appropriate amounts of starch, salt, soy sauce and MSG, put it into a pan and stir-fry it with the blanched spinach. Or wash and slice 50g of pork liver, put it into boiling water and cook until almost cooked, then add the spinach, add the seasoned rice when the pot boils, eat the liver, vegetables and drink the soup. It has the effect of replenishing iron and is suitable for iron deficiency anemia.

Teenagers are prone to anemia due to learning or physical development reasons. For teenage anemia, on the one hand, we need to strengthen their physical fitness, and on the other hand, we need to pay more attention to nutrition. There are many foods that can replenish blood, such as some animal offal, some fruits and vegetables rich in iron, etc. In addition, don't be picky about food and exercise actively.
