Another situation is that there is too much protein in breast milk, which can also cause constipation in children.

In terms of vegetables, eat more crude fiber vegetables such as bamboo shoots, celery, etc., and "good vegetables" such as carrots, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, lotus root, pumpkin, burdock, bean sprouts, onions, as well as konjac and seaweed foods (such as agar, nori, kelp, etc.). However, apples and plums are the best fruits. If you can eat an apple with skin every day or eat plums frequently, your bowel movements will be smooth.

Another common situation is artificial feeding. Most of the time, children’s constipation is caused by artificial feeding. For example, milk powder is not easy to digest, which will cause constipation in children. Some children may have gastrointestinal problems and suffer from constipation after eating milk powder, or it is possible that the children eat too little.
