Pediatric asthma treatment

Pediatric asthma treatment

Cases of asthma in children have become common recently and have had a great impact on many of us mothers. Every one of us mothers hopes that our children can grow up healthy, happy and strong. If children have asthma, they must be treated in time, otherwise the consequences of aggravated asthma will be very serious. Let us now introduce to mothers some specialized treatment methods for pediatric asthma!

1. One head of purple garlic (peeled), 90 grams of brown sugar. Mash the garlic and add brown sugar and water to make a paste. Take one spoonful each morning and evening.

2. Dietary care: Milk, eggs, seafood, etc. can induce asthma attacks in some children. If you suspect you are allergic to a certain food, you can go to the hospital for a check-up and then fast or undergo desensitization depending on the specific situation. However, because children are in the growth and development stage and have a large demand for various nutrients, excessive emphasis should not be placed on dietary restrictions to avoid nutritional imbalances. If the child is allergic to a certain food, other similar foods can be used as a substitute (such as soy milk instead of milk). In addition, be careful not to eat food that is too sweet, too salty, too cold, or too greasy. During an asthma attack, you should eat liquid or semi-liquid food and avoid overeating to prevent your breathing from being affected by the upward movement of the diaphragm.

250 grams of Schisandra chinensis and 7 eggs. Boil Schisandra chinensis to extract the juice, wait for the juice to cool down and then put eggs into it and soak for 7 days. Take out an egg and steam it every day for a month.

3. Clothing care: Try to choose cotton clothes, avoid excessive warmth, and avoid inhaling too cold, too dry, or too humid air. Pay special attention in seasons with large temperature differences. In addition, reasonable and gradual cold-resistance exercises can be given to children as appropriate to enhance their ability to adapt to the cold.

4. Exercise care: Avoid exercise during the attack period. During the remission period, appropriate physical exercise should be performed to strengthen the body, improve lung function and prevent chest deformity. During this period, increase outdoor activities from small to large amounts so that the child can take physical education classes and participate in group activities with other children. However, you should avoid highly competitive and physically demanding sports, such as football and sprinting. Children with exercise-induced asthma should routinely inhale β2 agonists and other drugs before exercise.

For children with asthma, our mothers can make some duck pear soup for our children. It can effectively help us treat children's asthma and also prevent our children from the pain caused by the treatment. At the same time, they can also take some medicines, which can achieve the purpose of cure as soon as possible. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
