What to eat for anemia?

Nowadays, people's living standards have improved, and material conditions have improved. However, there are still many diseases around us, such as anemia. Anemia can be hereditary, and of course it can also be caused by insufficient nutrition in food, which ultimately leads to insufficient iron or other elements in the body, eventually leading to anemia. Even if you have hereditary anemia, you can improve it through food, but what should babies with anemia eat? Let me introduce it below.

Most cases of anemia in children are related to lack of iron in the diet. Parents should add iron-containing foods to their children's diet, such as pork liver, pig blood clots, lean meat, fish, egg yolks, black fungus and spinach. These foods should be available every day. Secondly, give children iron supplements, take two tablets of Iron tablets after meals to enhance iron absorption. Usually, children can recover from anemia in about three months. Parents should cultivate good eating habits for their children and never let their children become picky eaters.

Daylily: Daylily contains the most iron, 20 times more than spinach, and is rich in iron. Daylily also contains vitamins A, B1, C, protein, fat, colchicine and other nutrients.

Longan meat: Longan meat is the same as dried longan meat, which is available in any supermarket. In addition to being rich in iron, longan meat also contains vitamins A, B, glucose, sucrose, etc. It can replenish blood and treat forgetfulness, palpitations, neurasthenia and insomnia. Longan soup, longan glue, longan wine and the like are also good blood-replenishing foods.

Dried radish: Dried radish is a beneficial vegetable. It is extremely rich in vitamin B and has a high iron content. Therefore, it is the most inconspicuous and cheapest but the best health-preserving food. Its iron content exceeds that of all foods except day lily.

Babies are relatively young and are not suitable for eating foods with too many nutrients. Of course, babies don’t like to eat sweet and sour fruits such as longan meat. You can let your baby eat vegetables such as dried radish, which are rich in iron and suitable for babies with anemia. It is beneficial to the baby’s physical and mental health. I hope this helps you.
