This recipe contains 18.6 grams of protein, 18.0 grams of fat, 360.9 kcal of calories, and 19.4 mg of iron.

2. Sweet and sour sesame meatballs require 50 grams of lean pork, 10 grams of black sesame seeds, 10 grams of eggs, 25 grams of carrots, 5 grams of starch, 15 grams of sugar, 7 grams of vegetable oil, and appropriate amounts of vinegar, soy sauce, onion and ginger water, and pepper water. Its simple preparation method is to chop the pork into meat paste, put it in a bowl, steam the carrots and chop them into paste, mix them with the meat paste, add onion and ginger water, pepper water, salt, soy sauce and egg liquid, stir the wet starch, squeeze into balls, stick them evenly, wash them, and fry the black sesame seeds. Pour oil into the pan, heat it up, put the meatballs in and fry until cooked. This recipe contains 27.6 grams of protein, 25.5 grams of fat, 439.1 kcal of calories, and 6.7 mg of iron.
