Is it good for children to do sweat steaming?

Sweat steaming is a recently popular leisure activity and is a traditional feature originating from abroad. That is, taking a sauna. It is a method that can expel toxins and waste from the body through sweating and promote blood circulation. More importantly, it can also kill potential cancer cells. It is a leisure activity for health and wellness. But some parents are worried about whether they can take their children to the sauna together. Because sweat steaming has many benefits, it can improve children's immunity. But is it really harmful to take children to a sauna? Let me analyze it.

A. Increase blood flow, accelerate blood circulation, and improve the body's oxygen content. [1]

B. Increase cell activity, enhance lymph circulation, speed up the elimination of heavy metals and toxins in the human body, and improve the body's immune function.

C. Eliminate neutral fat from the human body, lower blood lipids and cholesterol, and promote fat burning.

D. The sweat produced during steaming is not sticky and has no odor. It has a moisturizing effect on the skin, making the skin smooth, delicate and elastic, and can make the hair shiny, moisturized and free of dandruff.

E. One of the latest thermal therapies for cancer prevention and treatment (according to information provided by Professor Karao Maeda of Tokyo Women's Medical University: cancer cells' ability to grow and regenerate is weakened in a hot environment until they die in the body).

The editor believes that older children can sweat steam. However, do not sweat steam too many times and the intervals between them should be slightly longer. Occasional sweat steaming can invigorate blood circulation and dispel cold, which is very beneficial to the human body. Sweating can help eliminate waste residues from the body. But I don’t recommend it for younger people. Because their systems are not fully developed, it is difficult for them to regulate their body temperature through sweating.
