In addition, milk is still an important food for children aged 1 to 2 years old, with 500 to 600 mL per day being appropriate. Children aged 2 to 3 years old can be given 250 to 500 mL per day, with 4 to 5 times a day. These are all necessary to ensure the intellectual development of children.

When children have poor digestion, it is best to give them some liquid food or softer food. It is best to give them food when they have good digestion and can absorb it.
