To massage, pinch the upper lip with your index finger and thumb, keep the thumb still, and move the index finger in circles to massage the upper lip. Be careful to move gently. Then pinch the lower lip with your index finger and thumb, keep the index finger still, and gently move the thumb to massage the lower lip. 1 Generally, when you have cheilitis, you usually mainly use external medications. If you take your child to the hospital and confirm that it is cheilitis and there are no other problems, then the hospital or pharmacy will prescribe some medicines suitable for children and apply them according to the instructions. Don't worry, it will be fine after a while.

2Nowadays, the pressure from work, study and life is high, and the pace of life is fast. When I am busy, I don’t drink water at all. After a long time, my mouth and lips become dry, and I gradually get cheilitis. Drinking more water, replenishing water, promoting metabolism, and paying more attention to rest can all help detoxify.

3. Always keep lip oil and lip balm in your pocket, and wipe your mouth when you feel dry. Buy those that are purely plant-based. If you have aloe vera at home, you can cut some and use them to wipe your mouth. If you don’t have any, just buy a tube of aloe vera gel. Don’t lick your lips too often with your mouth. If your lips are peeling, don’t tear them with your hands. Your hands are not hygienic, and they will bleed after tearing, which may cause infection.

When the sunlight and ultraviolet rays are too strong, it is easy to get cheilitis. You should pay attention to sun protection, eat more fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables, supplement the various vitamins needed by the body, and eat less sour, spicy, hot and fried foods.
