Symptoms of ADHD in a three-year-old baby

For three-year-old babies, this is the time when they are particularly active. Some babies even suffer from ADHD because of their activeness. It is particularly difficult to treat babies with ADHD because the children themselves have no way to control themselves. Parents can only take care of them wholeheartedly and observe the children carefully, otherwise the children will be particularly active. So what are the symptoms of ADHD in three-year-old babies?
