(2) Tinea alba: Microscopic examination showed hyphae inside the hair and round spores outside the hair. Culture showed Canisporum or Microsporum ferrugineum.

(3) Black spot ringworm: Microscopic examination showed chain spores in the hair, and culture showed tinea rubrum or tinea crus-galli.

5. Check with UV light filter.

The treatment of tinea capitis in children mainly includes:

1. Oral antifungal drugs (gray yellow toxin is preferred);

2. Topical antifungal preparations;

3. Wash your hair twice a day for 8 weeks;

4. Shave your head once a week, 8 times in total;

5. Disinfect the patient's daily utensils or contact items.

Tinea capitis can be cured. During treatment, the cause must be confirmed and symptomatic treatment must be carried out. During treatment, attention should be paid to daily protection, especially eating more foods rich in vitamin C. Children should pay attention to sun protection in normal times and try not to expose themselves to the sun. It can be cured after treatment.
