However, the height-increasing method using drugs has extremely strict age limits. For boys over 16 years old and girls over 14 years old, the height-increasing drugs will no longer have any effect. 4. Other factors. Lifestyle, kneeling, sleeping posture, and even furniture height are all related to height. Thick and hard bedding affects blood circulation. A combination of work and rest, medical treatment and a good psychological quality are helpful.

5. Hanging: Practice on the horizontal bar or your own home suspension bar once every morning when you wake up and once before going to bed at night. Method: Hold the bar with both hands, lift your feet off the ground, relax your whole body, and gently shake your waist, hips, and legs; after hanging for 2-3 minutes, rest for 2 minutes and do it again. After 10-15 times, do 5 more weighted hangings - tie 5 kg weights to your ankles. Rest for 2 minutes after each repetition. This method is considered to be very effective by many people who have perseverance and plenty of time! Static stretching——Gradually increase the stretching force. Once you feel the pulling force, stay in that position for 10-15 seconds, no more than 30 seconds. In this way, the muscles will slowly stretch while relaxing and will not automatically contract.

6. Stretching before bed: This is currently the most recognized physical method of increasing height. Before going to bed every night, do stretching exercises for your legs, fully relax your legs, stretch on the bed, or rest immediately after doing hanging exercises. Try not to put pressure on your legs and torso! If you persist for a long time, you will get very good height-increasing effects!
