Using the eyes at close range for a long time in poor ambient lighting can easily lead to a decrease in the eye's accommodation function, which in turn leads to decreased vision, so it should be avoided as much as possible. Usually, when using your eyes at close range, you should take a 10-15 minute break every 45-60 minutes.

Increase outdoor activities

Taking part in more outdoor activities/sports can not only promote blood circulation in the eyes, but also give the eyes more time to look into the distance and help relax the eye muscles/nerves. Its role in protecting vision is self-evident.
