Prevention of red pimples on the baby's face

Many children are inevitably affected by the skin after they are born because they have just been exposed to the daily life. The tender skin of children is prone to allergies. Let us learn about the red pimples on the face of one-month-old babies that many parents and friends have encountered.

Tip 1: Understand eczema

Infant eczema is a common skin disease in infants and young children, also known as atopic dermatitis. The so-called "specificity" refers to a congenital physique that is prone to allergies, which is hereditary. Data show that if one of the parents has an allergic constitution, the baby has a 50% chance of developing eczema. If both parents have allergic constitutions, the baby has a 70% chance of developing eczema. Eczema is common in infants under one year old. As the baby grows older and the immune system gradually matures, such allergic symptoms will gradually alleviate.

Tip 2: Identify eczema

The baby's cheeks and forehead are "prone areas" for eczema, and in severe cases it can spread to the neck and chest. The initial symptoms are reddish patches accompanied by rice-sized papules, which then break, ooze, and finally form crusts. Babies with eczema are irritable, cry often, and even have trouble eating and sleeping.

Magic weapon three: prevent eczema

Babies with allergic constitutions should strive to be exclusively breastfed, which can greatly reduce the probability of eczema. When adding complementary foods to the baby, mothers can postpone the addition of foods that are more likely to cause allergies, such as egg yolks, fish and shrimp, until the baby is 7 to 8 months old. Do not let the baby eat too much fish, meat and other foods that are difficult to digest.

Children's skin is very delicate and prone to allergies, especially for many newborns. We have introduced the pimples on the face of full-month babies. Generally, these may cause some allergic reactions. Parents should pay more attention to their children and provide appropriate treatment.
