Recipe 2: Water Chestnut Porridge

Ingredients: 100 grams of water chestnuts, 100 grams of japonica rice.

Usage: Peel and slice the water chestnuts, put them into the pot together with the cleaned glutinous rice, add water and simmer until the porridge is cooked. Take it twice a day.

Efficacy: Clears away heat and promotes salivation.

Indications: Acute lymphangitis.

Note: Water chestnut extract has an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.

Recipe 3: Purslane and Reed Root Drink

Ingredients: 1000 grams of fresh purslane and 1000 grams of fresh reed root.

Usage: Wash the medicine, squeeze the juice and drink it instead of tea, 100 ml each time, 2-3 times a day.

Efficacy: Clears away heat and detoxifies.

Indications: Acute lymphangitis, swelling and tenderness of lower limbs.
