Homemade baby biscuits that melt in your mouth

Cookies are a kind of snack that many people like to eat, and children are no exception. However, for babies whose teeth are not fully developed, the biscuits they eat should be particularly soft. If on this basis, you can make beautifully shaped biscuits, it will attract more children's attention. Below, we will introduce in detail the production methods of three types of baby biscuits for mothers’ reference!

1. Christmas tree shaped cookies

Prepare ingredients: 180g low-gluten flour, 70g butter, 35g honey, 30g fine sugar, a little salt, 3 egg yolks

practice:

1: Cut the butter into pieces and soften it, slowly add fine sugar and beat with a whisk until it turns slightly white.

2: Add the egg yolks in batches, stirring thoroughly each time until the egg yolk and butter are mixed before adding the next batch of egg yolks.

3: After stirring well, add a little salt and honey without stirring.

4: After sifting in the low-gluten flour, stir evenly with a mixing knife.

5: Roll it into a dough.

6: Use a cookie cutter to press out a Christmas tree shape.

7: Place them on the baking cloth, space them a certain distance apart, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, and bake for about 13 minutes.

2. Childlike Handmade Pumpkin Cookies

Prepare ingredients: 100g low-gluten flour, 40g corn starch, 60g pumpkin puree, 3g matcha powder, 2g salt, 45g powdered sugar, 60g butter, 2g water

practice:

1: Cut the butter into small pieces, soften it at room temperature, put it in a bowl, add powdered sugar and beat until it turns light yellow and becomes larger in volume.

2: Peel and slice the pumpkin, microwave on high heat for 3 minutes, and mash it with a spoon. Put pumpkin puree into a bowl and blend at high speed until smooth.

3: Mix the flour, corn starch and salt into a bowl and mix well. Knead into a dough with a smooth surface. Divide the dough into 16 portions and knead them into small balls. Take 1 portion of the dough and roll it into a ball with your palm.

4: Use the back of a knife to press a groove on the ball, then press four more grooves evenly on it to make small pumpkin shapes, 15 in total. Take the remaining dough, add matcha powder and water, knead it into a dark green dough, and roll it into small triangles.

5: Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper, place the small pumpkin on the baking tray, and place the small triangle on the pumpkin to make the pumpkin stem (you can add some water to the bottom to increase stickiness).

6: Preheat the oven to 150, place the baking tray in the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on your own oven).

3. Super cute mushroom cookies

Prepare ingredients: 220g wheat flour, 1 egg, 70ml olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 80g sugar, 20g cocoa powder

practice:

1: Beat sugar in oil and divide the beaten egg into two parts.

2: Sift in 100g flour, 20g cocoa powder and 1/4 baking powder into one portion, mix well into a dough. Sift in 120g flour and 1/4 baking powder into one portion, mix well into a dough.

3: Just let the flour form a ball, no need to knead it excessively, let it relax for about ten minutes.

4: Pinch a small piece of black dough and make it into the shape of a mushroom top. Pinch a piece of white dough, knead it into a long strip and place it under the mushroom top. Then pinch three small pieces of dough, flatten them and place them on the mushroom top as small flowers.

5: Prepare all the mushrooms, place them on oven greaseproof paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and cook them in 15 minutes.
