8 rules for children's food safety

1. Each time you give your baby meals, you should "determine the production according to sales". Don't give too much food, and try to finish it in one go. If you can't finish it, keep it in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours. Be sure to fully heat and boil it before eating it again to prevent the food from being contaminated by bacteria. As long as you follow the principle of "not overeating and eating fresh food", your baby can basically have a good holiday.

2. Drink less beverages. Most babies love to drink beverages. On weekdays, mothers will restrict them, but during holidays, mothers will relax the control. Drinking too much beverages can harm your baby's stomach and intestines, and beverages containing caffeine can also affect sleep.

3. Don’t let your baby drink alcohol, otherwise it will lead to tragedy! When eating, adults should keep a close eye on their wine glasses and put them away in time after the meal to prevent babies from trying out of curiosity and causing alcohol poisoning.

4. Don’t overeat. During the holidays, babies are prone to digestive disorders because of the variety of foods they eat, especially if they eat hot food first and then cold food, which can more easily cause a "fight" in the stomach.

5. Diet must be regular. Unequal hunger and fullness will interfere with the digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract and affect digestive ability. It is especially important to master the time of meals and snacks, and to prevent your baby from eating snacks before meals.

6. Wash your hands frequently to prevent diseases from entering your body through your mouth. Wash your hands before meals and after going to the toilet. Proper hand washing technique is important, rubbing your hands together with soap and rinsing thoroughly under running water.

7. Keep nuts, especially peanuts, out of your baby's reach to prevent them from getting stuck and choking. When your baby eats fish, you should be extra careful to prevent fish bones from getting stuck in his throat.

8. For babies with allergies, mothers should be careful not to let them come into contact with foods that may cause allergies.
