1. Fried pork cutlet

Ingredients: 500 grams of pork ribs, 1 egg, 60 grams of breadcrumbs, 5 grams of pepper, a little cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, tomato sauce, and appropriate amount of vegetable oil.

Method: Wash the pork ribs and chop them into pieces; beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside. Put the pork ribs into a bowl, pour in the egg liquid, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, chicken essence, add breadcrumbs and coat evenly for later use. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add the pork chops one by one, fry them with medium-grain rice until golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate. Pour tomato sauce on them when serving.

2. Shredded pork with tofu

Ingredients: 6 pieces of dried tofu, 100 grams of lean pork shreds, appropriate amounts of broth, vegetable oil, leeks, dried shrimps, minced ginger, chopped green onions, cooking wine, starch, MSG, sesame oil, salt, and white sugar.

Preparation method: Wash the dried tofu, cut it into shreds, blanch it in boiling water, drain and set aside; soak the dried shrimps in boiling water; cut the leek into 3 cm long segments; add cooking wine, salt and starch to the lean pork shreds and mix well. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it to 50% hot, then add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry until cooked. Leave some oil in the pan, add minced ginger and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add broth, shredded tofu, leek, shredded pork, and dried shrimps, stir well, add salt, sugar, and MSG, stir well, and drizzle with sesame oil.

3. Cucumber stuffed with meat

Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 200 grams of pork belly, 1 egg, 6 mushrooms, 5 grams of dried shrimps, 15 milliliters of peanut oil, and appropriate amounts of salt, chicken essence, starch, and chopped green onions.

Method: Wash the cucumber, scrape off the skin, cut into several 2 cm thick circles, and hollow out the middle; wash and chop the mushrooms; soak the dried shrimps in clean water, drain and chop into small pieces. Wash the pork and chop it into a paste. Add chopped mushrooms and dried shrimps, salt, starch, and beaten eggs. Stir evenly in one direction and marinate until the flavors are absorbed. Stuff the seasoned meat filling into the cucumber segments, place on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with hot peanut oil, and steam in a steamer until cooked.
