Babies under 1 year old need the most sleep, about 16 hours a day. Sleep is an important period for the growth and development of young infants, so sleep time must be guaranteed.

Suggestion: Most of the sleeping problems of infants are caused by calcium deficiency, daytime fright, and digestive dysfunction; some children do not sleep well at night because they sleep too much during the day.

In this regard, parents should pay attention to calcium supplementation for their children and scientific feeding; they should also try their best to ensure that the baby's sleep is complete at night. It is not advisable to feed or change diapers frequently at night, especially in the second half of the night, because young babies secrete hormones fastest in the second half of the night.
