Red spots on children's face

The condition of urticaria is extremely complicated, involving many factors, and it has a great impact on the human body. So everyone needs to pay attention after the occurrence of urticaria. Urticaria is a kind of mucosal small blood vessel dilation, which causes sudden allergy. The initial symptom is the appearance of many small red spots on the body and face, and finally spread into wheals. In addition, the small red spots also include many other factors, such as eczema or carbuncle, etc.

Eczema is an inflammatory reaction of the skin with polymorphic lesions and a tendency to exudation caused by a variety of complex internal and external factors. The cause of this disease is complex and difficult to determine. The subjective symptoms are severe itching, and the disease is prone to recurrence and may not be cured for many years.

Urticaria is a localized edema reaction caused by dilation and increased permeability of small blood vessels in the skin and mucous membranes, commonly known as "wheals". It is characterized by the appearance of white or red rashes on the skin, which occur suddenly, have no specific location, appear and disappear from time to time, and are extremely itchy, and disappear without leaving any traces.

Scabies is a skin disease caused by scabies infecting the skin (mechanical damage from digging tunnels and stimulation from their venomous juice secretion). It can be transmitted through sexual intercourse, especially among promiscuous young men and women. The disease spreads rapidly, so it has been listed as a sexually transmitted disease by the World Health Organization.

The signs of scabies are intense itching of the skin, and the rash often occurs in the folds of the skin, especially in the pubic area. Scabies is a disease that is spread through close contact. Scabies is highly contagious and is often transmitted from one family to another or from one dormitory to another. Scabies can live outside the human body for 2 to 3 days. Therefore, using clothes, bedding, shoes, socks, hats, and pillowcases used by patients can also be indirectly transmitted. Sexual intercourse is undoubtedly a major route of infection.

Scabies is a tiny insect that is invisible to the naked eye. There are countless horizontal wavy wrinkles on the back of the scabies mite, several pairs of rod-shaped bristles and long bristles on the posterior half of the trunk, four pairs of legs on the abdomen, and anus in the center of the posterior edge of the trunk. The palate of scabies is very small, located at the front end of the trunk, half of which is sunken into the trunk. The chelicerae are pincer-shaped, which are suitable for eating the keratin of the skin. Parasitic in the human epidermis.

The life cycle of scabies is divided into four stages: egg, larva, nymph and adult. The eggs are oval, light yellow, with very thin and translucent shells. Often 4 to 6 eggs are gathered together and laid in the tunnel dug by the female insect. They also excrete feces while laying eggs, and after laying eggs, the adults die at the blind end of the tunnel.

The larvae hatch from the eggs and live in the tunnels. They soon shed their skin and become adults. After the female nymph mates with the male adult, the female lays eggs in the tunnel, laying eggs as she moves forward, digging tunnels 0.5 to 5 mm each day. If the migration speed is fast, the eggs are scattered in the tunnel; if the migration speed is slow, the eggs are densely packed in the tunnel. Another characteristic of scabies is that they are nocturnal and dormant during the day. Due to the increased activity of scabies at night, the skin often itches severely.
