Tips

1. Bacon itself has a strong flavor, so there is no need to add additional seasoning when rolling the vegetables.

2. There are many kinds of mushrooms to choose from. I have used: enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and fresh mushrooms, all of which taste great. If you use king oyster mushrooms, you don’t need to blanch them, as they will be more tender when fried.

3. Use less chopped green onions. Generally, one or two pieces are enough in one roll.
