Is baby sweating during sleep related to diet?

When a baby has physiological hyperhidrosis, it is usually affected by diet. Eating too much high-calorie food, such as fish and shrimp, leads to excessive internal heat and is more likely to cause sweating. At this time, the baby will generally have the following symptoms:

1. Sweating easily. Whether you are active during the day or sleeping at night, your clothes will get wet with sweat.

2. Energetic. Due to the strong internal heat, the baby is full of energy and can play tirelessly day and night.

3. Thirst and dry stool. Some children will have dry lips, red tongue, hot hands and feet, frequent thirst, and difficulty in defecation due to dry stools. These are all due to excessive sweating, which leads to a loss of body fluids.

4. Poor attention. Some children may show symptoms such as irritability, impatience, poor concentration, and poor self-control.

5. Dark skin. Some babies may have a darker skin color due to excessive sweating, which reduces the water content in the body.

6. Easy to have fever. The internal fire is strong and the temper is high, so it is easy to have a high fever when catching a cold, and the tonsils often become inflamed.

7. Nose bleeding. Due to excessive internal heat, the nose is prone to nosebleeds.

Suitable indoor temperature. In winter, 18 to 22 degrees is the most suitable room temperature for baby exercise, while 20 to 25 degrees is a relatively comfortable sleeping temperature. After the child falls asleep, be sure to take measures to keep the baby warm, because when the baby is in deep sleep, all the muscles in the body are relaxed and the body temperature will drop.
