Children's rice pattern

Children's rice pattern

Parents who have taken care of children should know that it is very difficult to take care of babies between the ages of three and eight, because babies at this time not only become naughty, but also become picky eaters, and they choose to refuse to eat many foods that can supplement the body's nutrition. Therefore, many parents prepare different kinds of food for their babies every day and get them to eat. So what kinds of shapes can be made when making rice for children?

The combination of meat and vegetables in fancy rice is not only nutritious, but the different appearance of rice can also increase baby's appetite. This rice is so cute. My baby is clamoring to eat it before it’s even put into the steamer.

First, use scissors to trim the mushrooms into the same size and use them to make the bear's eyes. The edge of the mushrooms can be used to make the bear's mouth. As you can't use up all the potatoes and carrots, just cut two pieces of each and use scissors to trim them into the bear's ears and red cheeks.

Chop some carrots and add them into the pork filling;

Then beat an egg white into the meat filling, add a little salt, and mix the above ingredients evenly.

Add starch and mix well.

Put the meat filling into a plate to make the bear's head, use two small balls of rice to pad the bear's ears, and arrange the ingredients as shown below;

Put it in boiling water and steam it for about 15 minutes before eating. Eat it all up.

Precautions

If you feel that there is not enough rice, you can add some rice to the meat filling and mix well before steaming.

Babies have different requirements for rice:

6-12 months:

Because the baby's mouth and stomach are very delicate and their digestive capacity is very limited, it is not advisable to feed them food that is too high in fiber for the time being. When adding rice-containing staple foods, focus on porridge, high-protein rice noodles and puffed rice. Pay attention to the soft and delicate texture, and make sure it is fully heated and cooked. If fortified rice and parboiled rice are available, give them priority.

1-2 years old:

The baby's teeth' chewing ability has improved, and he can eat soft rice or rice porridge with some brown rice added.

It is best to mash rice porridge with brown rice in a pressure cooker or cook it in a casserole until soft.

2-3 years old:

At this time, the baby's teeth are already very strong and the chewing ability is enhanced. He can eat whole-grain rice that contains more dietary fiber, such as black rice, purple rice, and red rice. Dietary fiber is very helpful in promoting the baby's tooth development and can also prevent constipation.
