What can I eat to relieve my child's vomiting?

Children's bodies are not as strong as those of adults, and some of their organs are very delicate. For example, children's stomachs and intestines are very fragile. Bad eating habits in daily life can easily cause some adverse reactions. For example, vomiting in children is a very common situation. When faced with vomiting, people can give children some food to relieve the symptoms. Here we will introduce what foods can be eaten to relieve vomiting in children.

1. Broccoli and Onion Soup

Ingredients: 1-2 broccoli, a slice of onion, a slice of fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons of vegetable soup.

Method: 1. Blanch the broccoli and onion in water until soft, then grind them completely in a mortar.

2. Add grated broccoli and onion to fresh ginger and vegetable soup and boil. Remove the ginger slices before eating.

Suitable age: 7~8 months

Features: Vegetables contain vitamin C, vitamin E, mineral selenium, iron and other nutrients, which can promote physical recovery.

2. Apple Porridge

Ingredients: one apple (2 cm square), rice, and appropriate amount of water starch.

Method: 1. Grind the apples.

2. Put apple shreds in a small pot, add boiling water and bring to a boil, then add water starch to thicken.

3. Cook the rice into porridge and pour the apple paste on it.

3. Taro Chicken and Tomato Soup
