Sleeping time for babies aged 12 months to 2 years: At this time, babies need 12-14 hours of sleep, and some babies may reduce their daytime naps to just one. This depends on the needs of the baby. Some babies will take a nap at noon, while some babies are very excited after playing all day and want to sleep. But if I don’t sleep during the day, I will feel sleepy early at night.

Sleeping time for babies around 3-4 years old: Generally speaking, children around 3 or 4 years old need to sleep 12 hours a day. Sleeping every day generally refers to two times: one is to sleep at night: the night is very important, you need to sleep for 10-11 hours; the other is to take a nap: after studying and doing activities for a morning, the body must be very tired, so a nap is especially needed.
