White spots on the face of a full-month baby

4. Milia is a rash of tiny white or black spots that protrude from the skin surface and grow on the baby's nose and cheeks, like millet grains. Milia is a common rash in newborn babies under three months old because the sebaceous glands in babies are not yet fully developed. As the baby grows day by day, milia will disappear quickly without any treatment.

5. The baby is just one month old, but there are many small white spots on his face. It is not considered eczema. It is currently considered that the baby may be lacking in trace elements or has a parasitic infection.
