What to do if your child can't urinate completely

The problem of inability to urinate mostly occurs in adult men, especially middle-aged and elderly people who may have the problem of inability to urinate due to prostatitis. In addition, mothers may also experience this phenomenon right after giving birth, but it will disappear on its own as the uterus recovers. But what if the child cannot finish urinating? First, we need to rule out any medical problems with the child, such as urethritis; secondly, we need to consider whether the child has brain damage that has caused the loss of control.

Urinary incompleteness means that the human body always fails to urinate completely or even urinates frequently. This is mainly because the body's ability to suppress urine is slowed down or even caused by brain damage, or it is an abnormal physiological phenomenon of polyuria caused by rapid metabolism. During treatment, you should control your diet, especially avoid drinking alcohol and eating irritating foods. In daily life, you should pay attention to eating more light foods, especially don't drink too much water at night.

The symptom of inability to urinate after childbirth is generally caused by urethritis or urinary tract infection. At this time, you can take some drugs such as levofloxacin for treatment. At the same time, you should pay attention to the hygiene of the perineum, wash your lower body frequently, and change your underwear frequently. Drink more water to increase urine volume so that urine can flush the urethra and relieve inflammation symptoms. Pay attention to a light diet, do not eat seafood or other irritating foods, and do not eat spicy or irritating foods, nor greasy foods.

Traditional Chinese medicine remedies for urine retention:

Use plantain, tambourine, honeysuckle, wild wormwood, white grass root, etc. to lightly boil or soak, and drink it regularly instead of tea.

9 grams of loofah seeds, roast and grind into powder, take with rice wine, once a day or divided into 2 doses.

Boil the mung bean skins or mung beans and drink the juice.

Take an appropriate amount of fennel, add salt, fry it and grind it into powder. After steaming the glutinous rice, eat it with fennel powder. Eat about 50 grams of glutinous rice balls every day.

Wash and cut two sheep lungs into pieces, stew them with a small amount of mutton, add salt as needed, and take it in several doses.

Wash and chop the rooster intestines and use them for cooking.

Red Dates and Ginger Soup: Peel and wash 150 grams of ginger, then put 100 grams of red dates into the pot. Then, add 500 ml of water, boil for 10-15 minutes, and take the juice (each dose can be boiled 3 times). Finally, add appropriate amount of white sugar and drink it as tea, and finish it within one day. One course of treatment is taking the medicine for half a month. Generally, the symptoms can be significantly improved or disappear after two courses of treatment.
