The child is very active. What's wrong?

When children are young, they often have problems with being active. In fact, this is a normal phenomenon. But some children probably suffer from ADHD, so they can't stop. But this is not the case for some children. It may be because they are unable to concentrate. Therefore, we should pay attention to adjusting the child's emotions, or we should clarify the reasons why the child is often active. After that, the problem of children being very active can be gradually improved. Why are children so active?

1. Full of vitality and high energy. When seeing a small ditch, children will happily jump over it, unlike adults who will just go around it if possible. This is the difference in energy. If a child likes to move, it means he is healthy. Once a child is sick, he will become quiet and still, but is that what parents want? I often mention this in my lectures. When we were young, we saw adults catching piglets and buying them home. They would first pick the most lively and active little one that never stops moving, because it is healthy and has no problems!

2. Being active is also related to caesarean section. This has been medically confirmed. It turns out that when a child is born, he or she is compressed by the birth canal, almost suffocating and the mother is in excruciating pain. This process is helpful for the development of the child's peripheral nerves. Caesarean section changes the child's birth process and may have a negative impact. It still proves the saying that the rules cannot be violated. If you violate the rules, you will pay the price sooner or later.

3. It is related to too little exercise and excess energy. When a child has had enough exercise or play, his energy is consumed. Look how soundly and quietly he sleeps. However, today's children are faced with too heavy a burden of homework. They have no time to exercise, and they don't have brothers and sisters to run and jump with. Many parents don't have time to accompany their children in sports and play, and children don't develop sports skills and habits. So the little time they have is spent on TV, the Internet, and video games. These stimuli make children even more restless.

4. Lack of sleep is related. In this era, some primary school students have to do their homework until midnight and cannot guarantee enough sleep. Sleep is not just about sleeping. The normal development of a child's physical, mental, physical and intellectual abilities all depend on sleep. If the sleep time cannot be guaranteed,
