There are two main reasons why children sweat a lot on their heads after sleeping. The first is physiological reasons, and the second is environmental factors. When it comes to environmental factors, the temperature is too high, which causes irritation on the skin surface and requires sweat glands to secrete sweat; and excessive sweating on the head caused by children's calcium deficiency or high metabolism are so-called physiological reasons. If the child does not have this condition for a long time, there is no need to worry too much.

(1) If your child cries when sleeping, sweats a lot, has trouble sleeping, has pigeon chest, or has bald spots on the back of his head, it could be that he is calcium deficient. You can take your child to have his trace elements checked and supplement them if they are deficient. When you need to supplement calcium, you can choose oral liquid or powder, which children absorb better and are sweet. Infants and young children have active metabolism and are active and lively. (2) Physiological hyperhidrosis refers to sweating during sleep in children who are well-developed, healthy, and have no disease. However, the possibility of calcium deficiency cannot be ruled out. The symptoms of calcium deficiency in children include sweating on the head after falling asleep and visible bald circles on the pillow. (3) Children sweat a lot at night. First of all, it is often due to calcium deficiency . Secondly, children have active metabolism and their sweat glands secrete more, so excessive sweating is also a physiological phenomenon.
