What ointment to use for children's eczema

In life, we often come into contact with many people suffering from skin diseases. Eczema is a type of skin disease. Once the symptoms of eczema have manifested, we must first eliminate the surface symptoms, and then conduct in-depth treatment to completely eliminate the eczema. If you suffer from eczema, we often use topical ointments. We must also pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, avoid scratching and friction, otherwise it will be infected. In daily life, pay attention to cleaning frequently and keep the area dry.

If your baby suffers from eczema, it is recommended to apply calamine lotion topically. Or you can apply baby skin cream, Felocell cream or eczema cream topically twice a day.

Pay attention to local cleanliness and hygiene, avoid scratching, squeezing and friction to prevent infection. Clean frequently and keep the area dry.

When a child has eczema, pay attention to how to choose medicine:

1. No hormones

When using eczema products for babies, first of all, you must make sure that they do not contain hormones. This is because the baby's skin is relatively delicate. Once products containing hormones are used on the baby, it is easy for the baby's skin to develop hormone-dependent dermatitis. Any future skin disease will be difficult to cure with general hormone-free drugs and will be prone to relapse.

2. No chemicals

Some products, in order to increase the skin's absorption of medicine, will add some chemical substances into the ointment to penetrate into the skin. In fact, these chemicals are harmful to the skin.

3. No pigment

Most baby eczema ointments are white in color. Only a small number of ointments are light yellow in color, claiming to be formed by natural precipitation of the drug. Such products generally have not undergone national testing and have not had formal production batch numbers. They are generally produced privately and are unsafe. Moreover, such ointments should not be stored at home, especially in the hot summer.

4. No peculiar smell

The ointment has a peculiar smell and is not easy to repair the damaged skin of baby eczema. It is easy to irritate the baby's sense of smell and make eczema difficult to recover. Therefore, most regular and qualified eczema products are odorless or have a faint medicinal scent.

5. No harmful substances

Some folk remedies or traditional pharmaceutical products are not approved or tested by the state, and are made by mixing harmful substances in order to deceive consumers. When used by babies, it not only fails to treat baby eczema, but also poses a health threat to the baby's life.
