Repair of sunken scars in children

However, this method is not suitable for scars that are too deep.

2. The treatment method for superficial hyperplastic scars is radiotherapy. When the scar area is treated with radiotherapy, the rays will reduce the number of fibroblasts in the scar tissue and increase the decomposition of collagen fibers, thus making the scar area softer and flatter.

3. Laser treatment is suitable for superficial hyperplastic or depressed scars. When the laser acts on the skin, only the scar area will be affected by the laser. After laser irradiation, some effects will occur on the skin, which will decompose the damaged tissue in the scar area and excrete it from the body, thus smoothing the scar.
