What should children eat when they have nosebleeds?

Children are more naughty, and sometimes there will be accidental collisions, or some children like to pick their noses, which can easily cause nosebleeds in children. Although there are many reasons for nosebleeds, when a child has a nosebleed, it is best to find out the cause of the nosebleed and treat it according to the cause. Some adjustments should also be made in the diet to alleviate the problems caused by the nosebleed.

During nosebleed, do not eat hot food or hot drinks. You should eat some warm food rich in protein, vitamins and iron, such as honey water, rice juice, milk, juice, etc., or eat some semi-liquid food, such as porridge, noodles, etc. Avoid tobacco, alcohol, spicy and hard foods, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
