What should I do if my baby has dry and hard stools and difficulty defecating?

The baby's stool is always very dry and hard, and it is very difficult to defecate. It takes almost every few days to defecate. As a parent, you must consider that this is caused by not paying attention to eating vegetables and not drinking enough water. You can feed the baby bananas with a small amount of honey, or you can pour a lot of warm water into the milk powder. Giving babies over one year old some eggs and milk can prevent constipation.

Constipation is caused by the lack of fiber and a large amount of water in the human body, which leads to abnormal gastrointestinal motility. Harmful substances such as metabolites and bacteria in the intestines cannot be excreted in time, which can often cause symptoms such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, asthma, fatigue, bitter taste in the mouth, and irritability.

Here are some dietary therapies for constipation for your reference:

(1) Spread honey on 1-2 bananas and eat them on an empty stomach every morning. Then drink warm water (200-300 ml).

(2) Mix milk powder (60g), coffee (5g) and warm water (200ml) together and store in the refrigerator. Drink once a day.

(3) Stir-fry Cassia Seed and Cistanche Deserticola (10 g each), grind into powder, brew with boiling water, add appropriate amount of honey, and drink frequently instead of tea.

(4) Beat 1 egg into 250g of milk, cook until done, add appropriate amount of honey and take once every morning.

(5) Mash walnut kernels and black sesame seeds (30 grams each) into a paste and drink it with boiled water once a day on an empty stomach.

(6) Mash potatoes (250 g) and squeeze out the juice. Add appropriate amount of honey and take on an empty stomach every morning.

(7) Pour 50 grams of tofu dregs and 200 milliliters of warm water into a glass bottle. Add honey and lemon juice. Stir constantly with a spoon and drink one cup daily.
