Children's motor disorders are caused by less crawling

For children, parents must provide correct education. If the baby crawls too early or too late, it is abnormal and may cause great harm to the child in the future. Movement disorders are relatively common. Many parents do not understand this and do not pay attention to it. At the same time, this situation will make the baby's temper become very irritable.

1. ADHD, also known as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, is a common mental and behavioral disorder in children and adolescents. The main symptoms are attention deficit, hyperactivity, impulsivity, cognitive impairment and learning difficulties. According to epidemiological survey statistics, the prevalence of ADHD among school-age children in my country is 3% to 5%. Professor Shen Kunling, incoming chairman of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and vice president of Beijing Children's Hospital, pointed out that the current consultation rate for patients with this disease in my country is less than 1% of the total number of patients, and the prognosis is not ideal. If not treated promptly and properly, 50% to 60% of children with ADHD will continue to have symptoms into adulthood.

2. In fact, children's ADHD may be related to some behaviors during the infant's development period. Studies have found that among children with ADHD and sensory integration disorder, the top three problems are: developmental movement disorders, vision and spatial form perception, and vestibular balance. These three aspects are all related to how much the child crawls before learning to walk.

3. Experts point out that if children skip crawling too early or shorten the crawling stage to learn to walk, the vestibule stimulation time will be shortened, which will not only cause poor balance and movement disorders when they grow up, but also make them more irritable and lack patience in doing things. Therefore, experts recommend that parents do not let their children learn to walk too early, but instead take it step by step according to the order of development. Once a child is found to have ADHD, comprehensive intervention should be carried out.
