Generally, this situation occurs more in infancy and young children. The main symptoms are abdominal distension, very dry stool or sour and smelly stool. Over time, it will lead to malnutrition in children. So massage can be used for children with indigestion, but people must pay attention to the correct massage method for children with indigestion.

1. Rub the abdomen: Apply massage oil on the abdomen, and gently rub the abdomen 100 times in a clockwise direction. Use gentle techniques and do not use force.

2. Pinch the spine: Pinch the skin on both sides of the spine with both hands, and pinch from bottom to top. Pinch gently, to the child's comfort, 30 times.

3. Press and rub Zusanli: Zusanli is a major acupuncture point on the stomach meridian. Regular massaging of this point has the effect of health care and promoting digestion. Press and rub it 100 times.

4. Move the inner Bagua: Use your thumb or middle finger to push gently in a clockwise direction around the Laogong point in the palm of your hand. Effectively relieve symptoms such as loss of appetite and abdominal bloating, push 100 times.

5. Clear the stomach meridian: Push straight along the palm side of the thumb toward the base of the finger 100 times. It has the effect of harmonizing the stomach and relieving reflux.

6. Clear the lung meridian: Push the ring finger straight towards the base of the finger 200-300 times. It has a good effect in relieving cough.

When performing massage for children with indigestion, it is important to repeat the above movements 100 to 300 times each time, once a day, for about 15 minutes each time. Pay attention to increasing or decreasing the number of times according to the child's age, physical condition, and severity of symptoms. Before massage, the operator can apply talcum powder or massage oil on both hands to avoid damaging the child's skin. The massage force should be moderate, not too strong or too fierce. Massage should not be performed within half an hour after a meal.
