1. Pay attention to scalp hygiene. Wash your hair frequently with warm water, usually once a week, and once every 3 to 4 days if necessary. 3. Quit smoking, drink less alcohol, and avoid eating spicy and fatty foods. When it itches, avoid scratching violently or scraping with sharp objects.

4. Topical medications. You can use thimerosal ointment, the formula of which is 2 grams of thimerosalic acid and 5 grams of sulfur. Or use chloramphenicol tincture, the formula is 1 gram of chloramphenicol, 3 grams of salicylic acid, 5 ml of glycerin, and 75% alcohol added to 100 ml.

5. If necessary, oral medications can be added for auxiliary treatment, such as vitamin B6 10 mg, 3 times a day, thyroxine tablets 0.03-0.06 grams, 1-2 times a day.
