How to correct a child's hunchback

A hunchback may be caused by spinal deformity or thoracic kyphosis. Hunchback is a very common phenomenon. When we go out, we can easily find people who walk with a hunched back, especially some teenagers who habitually hunch over. When they grow up, their body shape becomes fixed and the hunchback becomes very difficult to correct. Therefore, the key to coin-throwing is prevention, especially when you are young, you must develop the habit of walking with your head held high.

Understand the essentials of fighting posture. You can use the ballet body training method, with your heels together and your feet open 180 degrees to form a "one". The easiest way to correct a hunchback is to stand with your back against a wall, which is a daily training method for fashion models. In short, as long as the center of gravity is on the heel, the hunchback can be corrected. You can also raise your front foot, for example, by putting your foot on a book (more than 20 mm thick). By practicing this standing posture frequently, you can gradually correct your hunchback.

Anti-support legislation: It is also known as the "scorpion climbing upside down on the wall" method among the people. First stand facing the wall about 1 meter away, then place your hands on the ground 30 to 50 centimeters away from the wall with shoulder width, and straighten your legs and flip them backwards over the wall, with your feet on top and your head on the bottom, forming an inverted arch shape. It is best to persist for 1 to 2 minutes each time.

The method of standing against the wall: bring your heels together and align them, squeeze your legs together, push your knees back with a little force, tighten your hip muscles, slightly pull in your abdomen, naturally lift your chest, keep your shoulders level and slightly stretched back, let your arms hang naturally and lightly touch the sides of your body, keep your neck straight and close to your collar, slightly retract your chin, and push your head up. When practicing, keep your heels, calves, buttocks, shoulders and the back of your head close to the wall. You can stand against the wall 1 to 2 times a day, each time for no less than 30 minutes.

It should be noted that maintaining a correct standing posture is very helpful in correcting hunchback. When standing, your feet can be slightly staggered front and back, and your waist must be kept upright to avoid hunching over. The wrong standing posture usually means that when standing, the calves and lower abdomen are very strong, or even too tense, which can easily cause the chest muscles to be pulled, resulting in a tilted back.
