How to take care of a child who suddenly has stomach pain

As children grow up day by day, some bad habits will be formed. Many children will become more picky in their eating habits. Sometimes they will eat more of the food they like, but eat very little or even not eat a bite of the food they don’t like. Irregular eating habits or even lack of attention to food hygiene can cause children to develop stomach diseases. Some children often feel stomach pain suddenly. What are the reasons for this? In this case, how should parents take care of them?

Most stomach pains in children are caused by unclean food or overeating. Generally, you just need to pay attention to your diet. Some of them are caused by ascariasis. It is recommended to do a routine stool test to see if there are ascarid eggs. If the pain recurs, it is best to take the child to the hospital for a check-up.

Generally, it is more when the stomach is empty (the gastrointestinal tract is emptied in nearly 4 hours). If this is the case, it may be caused by abnormal secretion of gastric acid:

1. It is recommended to change the child's eating time, such as eating small meals frequently. Before 10 am, before the stomach pain comes, eat some soda crackers or the like to neutralize the stomach acid and see if it can relieve the pain.

2. It is very important to reduce the study pressure on children, relieve their tension, and do not hint to them whether it hurts or not.

3. If possible, find a better and regular Chinese medicine practitioner. Chinese medicine has its own set of methods to treat digestive system diseases, which we call "splen and stomach diseases", and the results are very good.

4. For stomach problems, 30% treatment and 70% care are needed. Do not drink cold drinks, do not eat hot peppers, do not eat raw garlic or very sour vinegar, and eat less sticky rice and other foods that are difficult to digest. Eat on time and ensure adequate sleep.

When children have physical abnormalities, parents still need to take good care of them. Not only do they need to pay attention to their diet, but they also need to develop good living habits for their children, pay attention to keeping their bodies warm, and relax in their lives.
