What are the methods of steaming rice for babies?

Many mothers believe that breast milk is the best food for babies in daily life, but it is impossible to eat breast milk for a long time, so the baby should be weaned when necessary, and let the baby start to try other foods, such as rice, noodles, dumplings, etc., and sometimes they need to be paired with some vegetables. If a mother wants to steam rice for her baby, what is the specific method of making it?

Millet can strengthen the spleen and stomach, and is a nutritious product for treating weak spleen and stomach, physical weakness, and loss of appetite. How to make carrot rice

This carrot rice is similar to the Xinjiang pilaf, but because there is no meat in it, I think it would be more appropriate to call it vegetarian pilaf. I slightly changed it to make it a complementary food for my baby. The softness of the rice can be adjusted according to the baby's age.

Material:

300g white rice, half a carrot, a little salt

practice:

1 Wash the white rice half an hour in advance and set aside.

2 Chop carrots into very fine dices.

3 Put a little oil in the pan. Don't put too much, as it will be greasy and not suitable for babies.

4 When the oil is hot, add the diced carrots and stir-fry.

5 When the carrot cubes are fried until fragrant and turn golden red, add the washed white rice.

6 Continue stir-frying until all the rice grains and carrot cubes are evenly fried, then sprinkle a little salt.

7 Put the fried rice into the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water. If your baby needs to eat very soft rice, add a little more water, but be careful not to add too much, as it will become porridge.

8 Just press the steam rice button and wait for the circuit breaker to trip.
