What causes the skin on children's feet to peel?

The weather is relatively dry in summer, and the human body is prone to dehydration. Symptoms of dehydration include peeling or redness and swelling, especially on the feet. Peeling feet not only affects the appearance of our children, but what worries us parents the most is that it will cast a shadow on the children's hearts. What makes children most uncomfortable is that sometimes other symptoms will appear. For example, after peeling, the children will scratch constantly, and finally the skin at the peeling site will become redder.

Peeling of the hands is seasonal and tends to heal on its own, generally without the need for special treatment. For patients with more serious or recurrent symptoms, Western medicine often uses sedatives, antihistamines and anticholine drugs for treatment.

1. During the blister stage, the main treatment should be astringent and antipruritic. You can apply the Chinese medicine Fu Kang Jie Ointment externally, or you can soak in 10% alum solution. 2. Use medication to protect the newly grown epidermis except during the peeling stage. You can apply Fu Kang Jie ointment externally.

3. For patients with dry skin, thickened keratin and small cracks, they can apply the moisturizing and crack-preventing "Fu Kang Mei Ointment" externally. In addition, be careful not to tear off the stratum corneum that has not been completely peeled off, so as not to cause pain or bleeding.

Warm reminder: 1. It is caused by fungal infection and is very stubborn. It is better to go to the hospital for treatment in time to avoid the spread of the disease! Be careful, this is contagious!

2 is vitamin deficiency. The peeling of this disease is painless and itchy. It can be relieved by supplementing vitamin B/C.

3. For more serious or recurrent cases, you can take Liuwei Dihuang Pills or Liuwei Dihuang Decoction with modifications: 20 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15 grams of yam, 10 grams of Cornus officinalis, 10 grams of Moutan bark, 10 grams of Alisma orientalis, and 15 grams of Poria. Add water to 15 grams of Saposhnikovia divaricata and 30 grams of Tribulus terrestris, boil and drink. Generally, 3-5 doses are enough to see results.

When children have foot problems, we parents recommend that they keep their foot basins or towels separate from their children's to avoid cross infection. Also, when the skin is shedding, it is best to dress the children in more comfortable shoes so that their feet have enough breathability. You can also soak your feet more often and give them a simple massage and care.
