Reasons for red ears in babies

Reasons for red ears in babies

The baby's health is the most important. Generally, babies will have problems during the growth and development period. In particular, some diseases that are prone to occur in children are very troubling to people. For example, a baby's cold and fever is a disease that is more harmful to the baby. This problem is something that parents need to pay attention to. The phenomenon of baby's ears turning red is also a common occurrence. So, what is the reason for the baby's ears turning red?

There are three situations in which the ears feel hot. The first is that after doing strenuous exercise, you often feel hot ears. This is because when people exercise, the heart beats faster and supplies more blood to the muscles of the limbs. After exercise, the muscles need less blood, but the heart beats cannot slow down immediately, so more blood rushes to the heart. The skin of the head and ears is very thin and is full of rich blood vessels. When a large amount of blood flows through the ears, the blood vessels expand and become thicker, and the ears turn red. Since the blood has a certain temperature, the ears feel hot. After the heart gradually returns to normal, the blood vessels shrink and become thinner, the blood on the ears decreases, and they no longer feel hot.

The second is that when the outside temperature is low, the blood vessels contract when they are exposed to cold, and the face becomes pale. At this time, if you walk into a room with a higher temperature, the blood vessels suddenly become thicker when they are exposed to heat, and the ears will also feel hot.

The third reason is that when you are shy, when you are arguing fiercely with others, or when you encounter difficult problems in an exam... you will also feel hot in your ears. This is because the cerebral cortex is highly excited and tense, which causes the command nerves to cause the blood vessels in the skin to dilate, the heart beats faster, and the blood flow increases.

The above is an explanation of the reasons why the baby’s ears turn red. I hope everyone can understand that this disease poses a great threat to the baby’s health. In severe cases, it can cause pneumonia in the baby and threaten the baby’s life. Therefore, parents should add or remove clothes for their babies in time to prevent colds.
