What should I do if my child has diarrhea with blood?

Today's children's immunity is not yet perfect and requires careful care from their parents. Recently, some friends asked me a question about blood in their children's diarrhea. I can understand the panic of parents. I believe this is not an isolated case. Many parents should have encountered this situation. So, today, I would like to briefly introduce the problem of diarrhea and bleeding in children.

Symptoms of indigestion include: poor absorption, poor nutritional status, bad complexion, and height and weight not meeting the standard.

Children with indigestion problems can eat more of the following fruits:

1. Apple: Apples can both stop diarrhea and have a laxative effect. The tannic acid, organic alkali and other substances contained in them have astringent effects, and the pectin contained can absorb toxins. For simple mild diarrhea, eating apples alone can stop diarrhea.

2. Tomatoes: They are rich in organic acids such as malic acid, citric acid, and formic acid, which can protect vitamin C from being destroyed during the processing and cooking process, thereby increasing the utilization rate of vitamins. Tomatoes also contain a special ingredient - lycopene, which helps digestion, is a diuretic, and can assist gastric juice in digesting fat. Lycopene can also inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi.

3. Orange peel: The main reason why orange peel promotes digestion is that the volatile oil it contains has a stimulating effect on the digestive tract, which can increase the secretion of gastric juice and promote gastrointestinal motility.

4. Papaya: Unripe papaya contains two enzymes, one called papain and the other called papain, which can break down fat into fatty acids and promote digestion and absorption of food. Simply eating fruit may not be able to solve the symptoms of indigestion in children, and the effect is not very obvious. To prevent indigestion, you must pay attention to the following matters:

1. Develop good eating habits, eat at regular times and in regular amounts, and eat less fried or pan-fried foods.

2. Maintain good food hygiene and make sure the food is fresh and clean.

3. Prevent various common diseases and infectious diseases and improve children's gastrointestinal digestive function.

4. Remove all kinds of mental stimulation and keep a happy mood.

In fact, as children grow up, parents must avoid the problem of parents themselves and the elderly in the family spoiling their children, which will cause children to have partial or picky eating habits, easily lead to malnutrition, and affect the normal development of children. I hope this can attract the attention of parents. Only with comprehensive nutrition can children develop healthily.
