What kind of porridge is good for children with fever?

Lily and wolfberry porridge

Ingredients: 15 grams of lily, 50 grams of rice, and 5 grams of wolfberry.

Glutinous Rice and Yam Porridge

Ingredients: 30 grams of glutinous rice, 15 grams of yam, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

To treat night sweats caused by malnutrition, calcium deficiency, rickets, etc., you can use 200-250 grams of loach, wash off the mucus with warm water, remove the head, tail and internal organs, fry it with appropriate amount of rapeseed oil until it turns yellow, then add appropriate amount of water, cook the soup to half a bowl, then add appropriate amount of salt, drink the soup and eat the meat.
