Broken nails in children

Nails are very fragile. For some people, the shell of the stent becomes very hard due to years of wear and tear from work. However, the stents of most children are not so hard and may break easily with a slight touch. It is difficult to find the broken nails after many of them happen. If a child's nails are broken, you should check how serious the condition is and go to the hospital for timely disinfection and provide local care.

Healthy nail maintenance program:

Taking two tablespoons of yeast and 1000 mg of bile acid orally every day, preferably adding these nutrients to fluids or milk, will help improve the strength of your nails if you persist for a period of time.

Since iron deficiency can cause dry and brittle nails, it is best to eat more iron-rich foods and take vitamin C to improve the ability to absorb iron.

Soak your nails in warm malt oil or other natural oil for about 5-10 minutes regularly, and then massage from the fingertips to the surface cuticles. If you use an emery board to slightly abrade the surface of the nail, it will make it easier for the oil to penetrate.

Soaking your fingers in a diluted vinegar solution every night is a good way to prevent your nails from splitting. Applying white iodine to the top of the nail and under the tip of the nail can not only restore the bendability and strength of the nail, but also prevent the nail from breaking.

Eating a proper protein-rich diet and taking vitamin C plus 15 mg of zinc supplements can accelerate the growth of new nails, thereby gradually eliminating the horizontal raised lines of nails.

You might want to eat more sunflower seeds to increase your intake of vitamin A, which can help restore soft and brittle nails to normal and make them look brand new.
