Peeling skin on child's feet

Peeling skin on child's feet

If a child has peeling feet, parents will be quite worried, fearing that this is caused by some problems in their children's bodies. In fact, at this time, you should control your emotions and first find out the real cause of your child's peeling feet so that you can prescribe the right medicine. Usually, topical medications are needed for treatment, so that the effect will be better.

You can directly apply almond skin butter to target the cause of cracked feet and relieve them.

Traditional treatments for cracked feet include applying adhesive plasters; covering with plastic bags or plastic wrap; applying erythromycin ointment, vaseline ointment, etc. The first thing to do when it comes to cracked feet is to determine whether they are infected with fungi. Traditional methods are ineffective for keratotic athlete's foot. Keratotic athlete's foot is often accompanied by other athlete's foot symptoms such as itchy feet, blisters, and peeling before foot cracks occur. The fungus test was positive. If you are unsure, you can apply a drug that has both skin repair and antifungal functions.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that chapped skin is caused by the sudden suppression of muscle heat by cold and dry wind, which leads to blood blockage and lack of nourishment to the skin. It is also related to frequent friction, pressure and immersion. It is advisable to use equal parts of Rehmannia glutinosa and alum to boil a decoction and soak the affected area. Pay attention to the warmth and care of the skin of your hands and feet.

Traditional Chinese medicine treats chapped hands and feet and pain in the hands and feet by focusing on nourishing the blood, moisturizing the skin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, with significant results.

1. It is advisable to eat more oil in dry and cold seasons.

2. Patients with a long course of illness or the elderly should increase their nutrition and eat more foods such as pork liver, pig skin, mutton, donkey-hide gelatin, and cod liver oil pills.

3. Because the winter climate is cold and dry, people sweat less and their skin is prone to cracking and wrinkling. Therefore, special attention should be paid to keeping your feet warm. Soak them in warm water frequently and apply some oily skin care products to avoid frostbite and aggravate the cracking of your hands and feet.

4. In daily life, you should also pay attention to dietary diversification, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, consume a moderate amount of protein-rich foods, and maintain skin moisture and elasticity, so as to prevent the occurrence of cracked feet.

Subjective symptoms: There may be almost no sensation, mild tingling, moderate tenderness or even burning pain, depending on the depth and extent of the fissure.

Objective symptoms: According to the depth of the cracks, they can generally be divided into three degrees:

First degree: The skin is dry and cracked, but only reaches the epidermis, so there are no symptoms such as bleeding and pain.

Second degree: The skin is dry, and the cracks extend from the epidermis to the dermis, causing mild stinging but no bleeding.

Third degree: The skin is dry, with cracks extending from the epidermis into the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, often causing bleeding and tenderness or burning pain.
