What to do if your child has abdominal lymphadenitis

Many children have lymph node inflammation, which seriously affects the patient's physical health. Therefore, many young children need timely treatment to ensure their physical health. So what should you do if a child's abdominal lymph nodes are inflamed? Let me introduce this issue to you below.

Many children have mesenteric lymphadenitis. Color ultrasound examination can make a diagnosis. In the acute phase, anti-infection treatment should be given under the guidance of a doctor, and antispasmodics and analgesics such as scopolamine should be used in combination. You can also try adding Patchouli Granules. Pay attention to preventing colds in daily life. If you have prodromal symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection, you should immediately receive antiviral, anti-infection and other treatments. Also be careful to avoid eating raw, cold and spicy foods.

Lymphadenitis often follows other infection lesions, and often occurs in the neck, submandibular, axilla and groin. The pathogens are mostly Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus. If acute lymphangitis continues to spread to local lymph nodes, or purulent lesions spread to the lymph nodes in the region through lymphatic vessels, acute lymphadenitis can be caused. Infections of the upper limbs, breast, chest wall, back and abdominal wall above the navel can cause axillary lymphadenitis; infections of the lower limbs, abdominal wall below the navel, perineum and buttocks can cause inguinal lymphadenitis; infections of the head, face, oral cavity, neck and shoulders can cause submandibular and cervical lymphadenitis. The pathogens of acute lymphangitis and acute lymphadenitis are often Staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic Streptococcus.

Swollen lymph nodes are caused by bacterial or viral infection. The main treatment is antibiotics. In addition, pay attention to the adjacent tissue and organ lesions. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment to find the original disease. Pay attention to rest and drink water. Do not eat spicy food or drink alcohol.

The above is my opinion on this issue. If the above-mentioned diseases occur, the children need to receive corresponding treatment in time to ensure the health of the children. Many lymphomas are caused by untimely treatment. Finally, I wish the children a speedy recovery.
