How many times a day should a seven-month-old baby eat complementary food to be healthy

Parents pay more attention to the nutritional health of their babies, but not all parents can prepare the healthiest and most scientific nutritious food for their babies. Especially when the baby needs to add complementary food, parents need to know how many times a day they should add complementary food to the baby so that they can absorb more nutrients. The following is an introduction to how many times a seven-month-old baby should eat complementary food a day.

The first breakfast is milk (milk powder) at around 6 am. The second breakfast is complementary food (rice noodles, porridge, mashed noodles) at around 8 am. The third lunch is milk (milk powder) at around 12 noon. The fourth lunch is milk (milk powder) at 3 or 4 pm. The fifth dinner is complementary food (rice noodles, porridge, mashed noodles) at around 6 pm. The sixth midnight snack is milk powder at around 10 pm. When the child is around 1 year old, the third meal will be changed to grain.

Baby food preparation:

1. Wash 2 teaspoons of rice for egg yolk porridge, add about 120 ml of water and soak for 1 to 2 hours, then cook on low heat for 40 to 50 minutes, then grind the egg yolk and add it into the porridge pot, and cook for about 10 minutes.

2. Fruit oatmeal porridge: Put 3 tablespoons of oatmeal into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of milk and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes viscous. After turning off the heat, add 1 tablespoon of chopped fruit (chopped banana can be used).

3. Bread porridge: cut the bread into small even pieces, put it into the pot together with 2 tablespoons of broth and cook. Turn off the heat when the bread becomes soft.

4. Milk lotus root powder: Put 1 tablespoon of lotus root powder or starch, half a cup of water and 1 tablespoon of milk into the pot, mix evenly and cook over low heat, stirring while cooking, until it becomes a transparent paste.

5. Vegetable pork liver puree: Boil and chop one teaspoon of carrots until soft, add half a teaspoon of spinach leaves, add a small amount of salt and cook and chop, put them together with 2 teaspoons of chopped pork liver puree into the pot, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and cook over low heat, add 1 tablespoon of milk before turning off the heat.

6. Banana porridge: After peeling the bananas, use the back of a spoon to grind the bananas into a paste. Put them into a pot, add 1 tablespoon of milk, mix and cook on high heat, stirring evenly while cooking.

7. Tomato and Pork Liver: Put 2 teaspoons of chopped pork liver and 1 teaspoon of chopped onion into the pot at the same time, add water or broth to cook, then add 2 teaspoons of washed, peeled and chopped tomatoes and a little salt.

The correct addition of complementary foods can better help the baby grow healthily. Therefore, every parent must pay close attention to the baby's diet. They must prepare the most scientific and healthy complementary foods for them so that the nutrition can keep up and the baby can grow healthily and strongly.
