Tips for children's health in spring

In fact, in the spring season, bacteria often begin to grow rapidly. If you are not careful, the bacteria may enter your body and cause some complications, especially for children with poor physical constitution. Let us learn about some common knowledge about children's health in spring.

Health tips:

1. Take a shower in the morning

Taking a shower in the morning is generally not a habit of Chinese people, but it does help to promote blood circulation, and the feeling of cleanliness and the fragrance of the bath gel itself can adjust your mood and make you more energetic.

2. Defecation in the morning

Once you develop this good habit, you will benefit from it for life. If you don't have this habit yet, don't worry, you should work hard to cultivate it, such as eating more high-fiber foods, such as cabbage, sweet potatoes and other whole grains, and going to the toilet after getting up in the morning regardless of whether you have a bowel movement or not. Over time, the habit will become natural.

3. Get up slowly after waking up

Getting up suddenly is a last resort. Try not to get up suddenly as it will cause the blood to rush upward, resulting in a sudden change in blood pressure and symptoms such as dizziness. A better approach is to not get up after opening your eyes, but lie in bed and move your limbs and head, then get up after 5 minutes. If you have trouble getting up, you can do some stretching exercises with your eyes closed, which will be very helpful in waking up. For example: bend each knee and bend them toward the other side of the body; hold one knee to the chest with both hands and hold for 10 seconds; lie on your back, stretch your arms as far back as possible, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, and keep your body still for 5 seconds.

4. Drink a glass of cold water

After a night's sleep, without a drop of water intake, people are prone to dehydration, and a glass of cool boiled water (not ice water) is a beneficial supplement; it also has a cleansing effect on the stomach and intestines; it can also clear the mouth and help you wake up from sleep. You can place a glass of cool water by your bed before going to bed the night before.

The above article has introduced in detail some common knowledge about children's health in spring. I believe that everyone has a more comprehensive understanding. Especially parents of children should pay more attention to the problems caused by these bacteria, pay attention to their children's hygiene problems and some eating habits.
