【Dumplings with white radish and beef】

Ingredients: 500 grams of beef, 1000 grams of white radish, 50 grams of onion, 1 egg, 50 grams of ginger juice, 5 grams of tenderizer, 10 grams of salt, 5 grams of pepper, 15 grams of cooking wine, 25 grams of soy sauce, 25 grams of sesame oil, 30 grams of refined oil, and 50 grams of dry starch.

1. Remove the fascia from the beef, wash it, mince it into fine pieces, mix it with tenderizer, cooking wine and refined oil, let it stand for about 40 minutes, then add ginger juice and 250 grams of water and mix well;

Notice:

1. There should be no fascia in the beef, and the beef should be minced finely so that it can absorb more water and make it tender.

2. Meat tenderizer can also be replaced with baking soda, but the amount should not be too much.

3. The white radish can be replaced by leeks, celery, etc. If there is no onion, green onion can be used instead.

Steamed beef dumplings

Ingredients: 400g beef filling, 300g dumpling wrappers, 150g green pepper, 30g shallot

Accessories: salt, oil, chicken stock, pepper powder, five-spice powder, pepper powder, soy sauce
